TRADING DIVISION
Trading division specializes in the supply of equipment for water, wastewater, sewage and desalination applications with a core focus on pump systems and its auxiliary products. COMET has been the exclusive partner of KSB Pumps and Valves in Egypt for over 25 years. We provide added value services such as local pump skid packaging, installation, maintenance and repair services.

PROJECT DIVISION
Our projects division compliments all our trading activities in providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to all our clients in addition to all installation and commissioning works for equipment sold. We are market leaders in turnkey contracting works serving the water infrastructure market specializing in pump systems and pumping/lifting stations. Our local knowledge of the water infrastructure requirements, codes and standards are unparalleled as we have over 10,000 pumps and systems installed throughout Egypt. We are registered with the Egyptian Contractors and Builders Association as a Tier 1 Integrated Electromechanical Contractor.
COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATION AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Project development is in our DNA and was and still is a core competency of our founders. It is a line of business that “runs in the family”. It started in the early 1960’s before COMET’s inception with pharmaceuticals, which is now Soficopharm, a leading pharmaceutical trading and distribution company. Since our inception in 1992 we have represented global companies in various industries such as cement, oil and gas, power generation and infrastructure. Some of our partners in the past included: Ansaldo Trasporti, Condotti D’Acqua and Fives Cail Babcock.
